Purposes of Data Processing by the Responsible Entity and Third Parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned. Your personal data will only be shared with third parties if:

  • You have given your explicit consent

  • Processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with you

  • Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation

  • Processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests, and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data

Deletion or Blocking of Data

We adhere to the principles of data minimization and data economy. Collection of General Information When Visiting Our Website

Your personal data will not be shared with unrelated third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or you have given your prior consent.

Provision of Paid Services

To provide paid services, we request additional data, such as payment details, to complete your order. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

SSL Encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g., SSL) via HTTPS.

Newsletter

Based on your explicit consent, we will regularly send you our newsletter or similar information via email to your specified email address.

To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to provide your name and email address. When registering for our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by email of circumstances relevant to the service or registration (e.g., changes to the newsletter offering or technical conditions).

To ensure effective registration, we use the "double opt-in" procedure. This involves recording the newsletter request, the sending of a confirmation email, and the receipt of the requested response. No further data is collected. The data will be used exclusively for the newsletter and will not be shared with third parties.

Facebook & Twitter Plug-Ins

We use Facebook social plug-ins of the Facebook social network, operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square Dublin 2, Ireland, and Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94303, USA. These plug-ins are buttons that allow Facebook to measure who accesses our website. If the visitor is also registered and logged in as a user on Facebook, additional information is stored by Facebook. Facebook receives your IP address for technical reasons. The "Like" plugin from Facebook is not used on our website.

We have integrated the plugins into our website in such a way that no automatic connection to Facebook servers is established. The Facebook button is recognizable by the white "f" on a blue background. If you want to use the social plug-ins, click the respective button. Only then will a connection to Facebook be activated.

Contact Form

If you contact us by email or contact form for any reason, you are voluntarily giving us your consent for the purpose of contacting you. A valid email address is required for this. This is used to assign the request and respond to it. Providing additional information is optional. The information you provide will be stored for processing the request and for potential follow-up questions. Once your request has been completed, personal data will be automatically deleted.
